I am thrilled to be joined by Eleanor Beaton this week, who is an ambitious and highly accomplished journalist, speaker, and executive coach, and with whom I previously had the pleasure to work as a mentor. Eleanor created Fierce Feminine Leadership, and is the President and CEO of Impact & Influence for Women. She has won numerous awards, including the Profiles in Diversity Women Worth Watching award, and is the Chair of the Visiting Women’s Executive Exchange Program at the Yale School of Management. Today Eleanor is sharing her journey from a corporate career into entrepreneurship, and how she maximized her skills to play big and achieve on the highest level.
