Motivation and inspiration might seem like the same thing, but how they are different, and the ways in which they show up in our lives, makes a huge difference. Motivation is an external force, and while it helps in the short term to push you to accomplish something, it doesn’t last. Inspiration, however, comes from within, and continues to grow and drive you to do what you love. It’s important to know the differences between these two forces, and to find our true inspiration that is going to allow us to play big.
